The latest in life saving defibrillation technology allows the operator to administer defibrillation without the need to press a button. The automated unit once applied to the patient detects the person's heart rhythm, assesses the rhythm and, if required, provides a defibrillation shock. The voice prompts will then coach the operator through CPR, continuing to apply defibrillation if needed.
